Lawn Maintenance Services
MOWING
Our maintenance crews are outfitted with the professional equipment they need to give your yard the manicured look it deserves. All mowers are maintained at a top quality and blades remain sharp. Crews will be the same each visits and will be familiar with your lawns needs.
STRING TRIMMING
Each visit our crews use Stihl commercial grade string trimmers. These string trimmers make short work of those pesky areas that mowers just can’t handle.
SURFACE AND BED EDGING
Edging is what gives your lawn the crisp and clean lines along your driveway, sidewalk, and beds. Our crews maintain a sharp edger blade for your hardscapes and are trained to use string trimmers, when needed, on soft scapes.
LEAF AND DEBRIS REMOVAL
Picking up leaves and debris isn’t just for the Fall and Winter. Our maintenance crews remove your sticks, pine cones, sweet gumballs, and any other trash every visit. When your leaves are falling, our crew will mulch, collect, and haul off all leaves, pine cones, or limbs as needed.
SHRUB PRUNING
We know how tedious and time consuming properly pruning your shrubs can be. Allow our crews to come out and prune your shrubs at the correct time(s) of year and to the correct heights. This service can be done for you once, on a scheduled basis through out the year, or a part of your annual agreement.
WEED KILLER
Weeds can be a very pesky item in your lawn and beds. The Grounds Crew will use a mixture of preventative weed control to keep weeds out of your plant and flower beds. Any weeds that do pop up will be hand pulled or sprayed on each visit of your annual agreement.

Additional Services
CORE AERATION
Aeration is vital to keeping your lawn strong and healthy. The Grounds Crew strongly recommends performing this task annually for each lawn, if not bi-annually when needed. We use professional aerators that remove cores from the ground, increasing air flow, water, and nutrients to the roots. Aerating also reduces compaction of your soil. This allows turf roots to grow deeper into the soil, encouraging a strong root system.
SEASONAL COLOR INSTALLS
We install Spring and Fall annuals. Each install will include high quality, seasonal flowers, soil conditioner, pine bark nuggets, and watering. On weekly visits of your annual agreement the beds will be maintained and kept looking its best all year long.
BED COVERINGS
Keeping fresh bed coverings in all your beds will help control weeds, hold water for plants to draw from, and dramatically improves the visual appearance of your property. We use high quality treated and dyed mulch that retains its beautiful color for a full year. We also use south Georgia long-needle pine straw.
